As a reward for winning the school-wide March Mathness IReady Contest, the students in Mrs. Janz and Mrs. Kuiper's class earned a picnic and special recess. The students participated in jump rope, bouncy balls, giant tennis, chalk, three-legged races, and used binoculars to explore outside!

Franklin School: Mrs. McSorley's 4th and 5th grade Science students participated in a STEM Fair on April 14th. Using the United Nations' Global Goals for Sustainable Development, students worked in teams to create solutions to some of the most pressing issues facing our planet.

Franklin School: Mrs. Melker's 2nd grade KEEP students had a special guest today! Architecture Student from Maywood University, PA, Christopher Salisbury, came to talk to us about being an architect! He talked about his practice of designing real buildings, and showed us some of the neat programs he uses to make his blueprint drawings come to life, as well as real models of his actual work!
