This week at Garfield School the students in Miss Gallagher’s Reading Class learned about words with Vowel-Consonant E. Today they played Bingo to demonstrate their knowledge and ability to read Vowel-Consonant E words.
At Garfield School, Mrs. Lonnay's 6th grade ELA classes finished reading the novel Bud, Not Buddy. Students completed several projects such as creating a postcard or diary entry from a character's point of view, developing a comic strip, or comparing characters and themes within the novel. Students were excited to share their work!
