Schuyler School - Kids having so much fun learning! First Grade ESL students had a lot of fun learning/reviewing CVC words. They walked around the classroom to look for bug cards and then worked together to unscramble the 3 letters on each card to create a CVC word. When they had successfully created a word, they would write it down on the recording sheet.
Schuyler School - After reading the story, Jabari Jumps by Gaia Cornwall, fourth and fifth grade students worked together to create a pool and diving board as a Lego Maker Space. Students of all ages love to hear stories about being brave and reframing our thoughts in a positive way. They did such a fantastic job together!
Schuyler School - 4th grade KEEP students used their imagination to recreate versions of their favorite songs. Students were brave enough to sing them in front of each other. Songs like, "I Can Do It with a Broken Tooth" and "You Belong with Cake" quickly became fan favorites.
Schuyler School - Check out our creative artists! First grade students had so much fun creating these crazy ROY G BIV (colors of the rainbow) faces. They applied creative paper folding techniques to design their one of a kind work of art.
Students in 3rd grade painted these whimsical fall leaves using colorful watercolor techniques.
