Garfield School Thanksgiving Food Drive 2022
From now through November 18th, we are partnering with the Kearny Elks and the Kearny Community Food Pantry to collect donations for our Thanksgiving Food Drive. Please see the list below for the items we are accepting. All students and staff who donate may dress down on Wednesday, November 23rd.


Garfield School: Second graders from Mrs. Calienes’s class visited the library for a creepy read aloud and a STEM activity.

Mrs. Abendschoen’s prek class began exploring the parts of a pumpkin. The students used their senses to explore. The finished product will be their own pumpkin with seeds and all!
